The 100 Watt Youth Ensemble and the Great Canadian Theatre Company (GCTC) invite audiences of all ages to gather on October 26th, 2025 at 2pm for an afternoon dedicated to climate action & community through theatre. As part of the 10th Anniversary of the Climate Change Theatre Action project happening all over the world this fall, 11 youth will offer audiences of all generations readings of short plays written by Elspeth Tilley and Alister Emerson (from New Zealand), Lewis Hetherington (Scotland) and E.M Lewis (USA) followed by a neighbourhood organization sharing their action, and an informal community exchange. For the love of the planet and our futures, we aim to bring artists and community together to collectively inspire and support each other, and to reflect on how to share local and global responsibilities.

Location: 1233 Wellington St. W.
Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Admission: free! Donations will be accepted; 100 Watt will give proceeds to a Canadian organization that supports citizens whose communities have been affected by extreme climate events.
